But it makes for a shit ton of dysfunctional relationships in the real world.


What do you want?

Clearly in that situation you wanted the girl.

Now ask yourself why.

You may come up with a plethora of reasons

“She makes me feel good”

“That ass”

This is good, you identified things you wanted and you sought after it in a female.

But somewhere down the line you saw that this girl wasn’t interested in you as much as you are in her. So she moves back.

You follow and you chase because.

Afraid that you will be alone and don’t deserve what you want, then you neurotically act out of this fear and you literally fucking draw what you were trying to avoid into existence.

Makes no fucking sense but, hey it happens.

You know it’s true too, if you aren’t bullshitting yourself, you can look back and see a time where you pushed someone away indirectly with your insecurity and needy behavior out of fear.

Being attached to a specific reality creates attachment to that specific outcome.

While this sounds like a good way to live, that image of reality is exactly that.

Reality is a constant progression, no moment is the same.

The only reality is the now, and you cannot become attached to any one specific reality.

People who were attracted to you ONCE are a part of a different reality, and it changes like the wind. People come and go, and you’re human so you will miss what was but you will suffer if you do not adapt to what IS.


What to do.

What is happening now.

Right now as you read this.

Who are the people that activly seek you in their life?

Which women/men like you?

Are you happy?

What can you do to change that right now?

Do not wait another fucking second, focus only on what you want and the current moment you exist in, yesterday and tomorrow are not real, they do not exist, you have just this moment.

If I died writing this post, I’d die happy.

I’d die happy because I write with a purpose and I enjoy seeing others reap the benefits of this blog.

You need to do the same, do what you want, be willing to suffer in the name of a greater desire or purpose.

If you’re a gamer and you do it with a happy heart and enjoy it and love every aspect of it, odds are you’ll end up dating a gamer.


Focus on yourself and you will attract what you want

If you want a certain type of woman, and have really nailed down what you’re looking for, you won’t settle for less and that’s attractive to women, a man’s strength.

But if you fucking hate your job, social life, etc. A woman isn’t going to fill that void.

When you become a whole person who pursues their desires in every aspect of life, you will attract the same.

Stop procrastinating, do what you want.

Death won’t care if you had a enjoyable life.

  1. ) Your purpose
    1. Firstly, to know your purpose you must only decide upon a desire and carry it to the end of earth. If you want to be one of the best guitar players alive. You simply need to play the guitar every day, it’s simple but not easy.
  2. ) How to fight
    1. Someone, somewhere, wants you dead for trivial reasons or perhaps personal reasons, if you’ve never been in a fight do not believe violence does not preside in humans deep inside, because it does and the more successful and out there you become, the angrier the lowly become. Do yourself a favor and learn how to defend yourself and loved ones.
  3. ) Your parents are here just to keep you from killing yourself
    1. Some parents have raised their children beautifully and support them and their outlandish ideas no matter what. But most just want you to get a steady job, pop out some grand-kids and settle down with a woman they approve of. Don’t listen to anyone that wants to limit you, even if they’re trying out of love to guide you.
  4. ) Stay Physically Fit
    1. Being fast and strong is key to a healthy and useful life, imagine the sheer pain of watching your child be hit be a car because you couldn’t move your body fast enough due to your weight. If not for your sake, your loved ones

Sitting on your ass and allowing others to take the reins in your life is foolish and ends up in a washed up existence, do yourself a favor and take action, overly meticulous planning causes analysis paralysis, because on paper there’s always a better way to do things but paper doesn’t matter, you do. Just will yourself into starting it.
  6. ) Maintenance of your personal vehicle
    1. Just know how to diagnose and repair basic things on your own vehicle, take responsibility and never be unprepared

    1. People will love you just if you ask them genuine questions, no one and I mean NO ONE gives a damn about your small talk, dive deep, don’t be too afraid, most people are a lot more friendly than you think, and if they aren’t there’s plenty more.

    1. Being the best in any field will get you headhunted, it does not take a huge amount of time, just the dedication to keep trying and failing, literally if you fail enough you will succeed.

Treat all women the same, truthfully.

Make Fear YOUR Bitch.

We all have fears, anyone who claims to not is a liar.

That girl you worship and beat your dick to, she is afraid of something.

We can either succumb to it over and over again and let the anxiety of failure and fear consume our lives.

Actions Vs Words

“I hate you”

This sentence was uttered during a pause in kissing, that then resumed.

She could’ve said it over and over again, but if she was still kissing me.

Then I’m glad she hates me haha!


Let’s flip the script.

“I love you”

Uttered from a phone, from a long distance.

Then abandonment.

Soul crushing abandonment.

But they said “I love you”

Can you feel it?


I’d rather a friend bust my balls and tell me the hard truth with his words and then continue to stand by me and support me any day rather than a fair weather whisperer of sweet nothings.

Does that girl tell you she will think about it? Then never responds

That she’s interested? Then she never asks you anything

That she loves you? Then leaves you

Women are not liars, they’re the most socially intelligent creatures on this planet, they say what they feel in the present moment.

Just watch what they do. It doesn’t take much people watching to observe the patterns of those who are in love and those who are not. And if you as a man can identify such a thing, women can smell it from miles away.

Destructive Comfort/Productive Pain

It’s way more comfortable for me to shit and wipe my ass while watching Rick and Morty on the toilet, then playing a round of P.U.B.G

It’s extremely comfortable.

But in the back of my mind there is a small ringing of a voice that’s telling me that my time is being wasted.


I could be going on some long ass hike, enjoying my time and the slight discomfort it brings to my calves after a few hours.

Or I could have written this already.

All it takes it just getting started, what is in motion trends to stay in motion.

    1. Speak plainly, honestly and be direct, lying and manipulation work short term, but it causes A LOT of frustration long term.
  2. Physical Appearance-
    1. Clearly attractiveness is genetic and preferred, but even if you aren’t a 10, you should take care of yourself, workout, eat well. You’ll feel better and it’ll help out in multiple areas.
  3. A life-
    1. Do things you enjoy, take some risks, failure is guaranteed regardless of what you do, so fail big and MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, you will succeed.
  4. Empathy-
    1. Genuine care of another person is a wonderful thing to have in your life, you need to meet your needs and wants, afterwards you must do your best to help your other out of love and care.
  5. Confidence-
    1. To always be confident, fixate on one small task (Walking up to the girl you like, open the homework, talk to one customer, etc) enter that shit with boldness. BOLDNESS

Moving is life.

 Being still is not natural, if we didn’t move at all we’d be dead, movement is energy, you must exert energy.

If not, it becomes bottled up, stored.

Then it becomes something to identify with, all that pain

You are a man, a human.

Emotions all require a physical response, you must feel it to heal it.

Love, there is no shame in a man feeling love, it’s natural.

But do not let that blind you to the reality of the situation.

You might love your dog, but if it begins to bite you and other loved ones.

Addiction on the scientific level applies to the steady release of endorphins and dopamine into the body via a certain stimulus.

That stimulus can be a life event such as getting a promotion, sex, etc.

Or it can come from the artificial

Drugs, Alcohol, Etc


Now all these things in moderation don’t have much of a addictive effect. But since the artificial stimulants can be obtained at a moments notice, these things set you up for an addictive lifestyle. Everyone knows that.

Overthinking also leads to addiction, an addiction to overthinking leads to anxiety, and anxiety leads to a shitty life and early grave.

So with all this addiction what’s a man or woman to do?

In all honesty, addiction and habit are two sides of the same coin, you must choose wisely. Because one can turn you into a mad success, the other can detach you from the life you feel like is worth living.

The best way to rid yourself of one addictive process is to habituate and develop a different behavior (Become obsessed with something else)

It might sound like pseudo-science but it is a truth.

Do something small, small actions always lead to bigger ones.

If you’re addicted to weed, get some accountability and focus your attention on a goal and don’t stop.

Want to forget a girl, go get another, focus on your business or career.

One dog dies, replace it with another.

Sounds cruel but if you look at it in other humans, it works.

You’d think so, but the problem is that porn is the easy way out, the way out to go if you have not the “time” or “ability” to get laid.

Porn is convenient, too convenient. It can rob you of the drive to make love to an actual woman, the sharing of a closeness with another human in the most sensual way possible, and you would give it up for your hands.

But odds are your average stoner isn’t really in much need of it. I’ve seen weed turn people into losers, sure they may not be on a meth level of addiction but they still turn to it like a crutch.

When you use substances that distort your natural perception of the world, you’re a coward.

How to treat others.

I’d bet my left testicle that when it comes to the topic of how you should treat other people you should treat them how you want to be treated.

Now you don’t have to be Pavlov and his dogs to understand why that is a horrendous idea, you treat others in response to how they treat you.

I don’t praise my dog for killing the neighbors cat.

I praise it when it sits on command.

I do not reward an unruly woman.

I reward submission.

Get it?


We often take people who serve us for granted, and tend to suck up to those that look down on or belittle us.

We feel good when we have to work for something, and crave validation from other sources. But when you become self-assured, you become a source of validation.

Don’t believe me? Do you find yourself chasing things/people who don’t want you or you don’t have instead of tending to the things that already belong to you?

Ambition is admirable, self deprecation is foolish and pitiful.


Compromise on things if it truly benefits you. Otherwise deal in absolutes.

The Ultimate Guide to Getting Big.

MY MAGNUM OPUS


As promised, here is the most detailed guide I can give to you to working out and getting big and strong.


The Fundamentals

Calories

1.) Identify your daily caloric expenditure using this calculator → Calorie Calculator

2.) To Bulk (Gain Muscle) Eat 200-500 Calories above maintenance per day.

3.) To Cut (Lose Fat) perform Zig-Zagging. Eat 1,000 Calories below maintenance one day, and regular the next. This prevents metabolic adaptation.


Macro-nutrients

1.) Protein- The building block of all cells, especially muscle, protein should make up 35-45% of your calories, and should come from animal sources like: Chicken, Beef and Fish

2.) Fats- Responsible for producing your hormones and cementing protein into your body, should always exceed carb intake. Best sources come from animal meat. Should make up 40-50% of your calorie intake

3.) Carbs- Carbs can either fuck you up or jack you up. Eat low sugary, higher fiber carbs (Rice, Whole bread, etc) before, during and after your workouts to keep cortisol levels low. Should make up 5-25% of your calorie intake.


Mechanisms of Hypertrophy (Muscle Growth)

  1. Mechanical Tension- I could go on with what this shit means, in layman’s terms. Lift, Heavy, Shit (1-3 Rep Range/90-100% of your 1 rep max.)
  2.    Metabolic Stress- Ever beat your dick so long your arm got tired, basically that but with weights and less gay. (8-20+ Rep range/40-80% of your 1RM)

 Muscle Damage- This is literally just doing enough volume to cause a change in homeostasis (Train as hard as you need to fatigue yourself, FATIGUE, not destroy)


What Exercises? (Strength/Mechanical Tension)

Here’s the only 4 big lifts you’ll ever really need.

  1. Deadlift → How to Deadlift
  2. Squat → How to Squat
  3. Bench → How to Bench Press
  4. Overhead Press → How to Overhead Press

What Exercises? (Metabolic Stress)

I prefer Calisthenics for higher reps but I’ll list both.

Weights

  1. Dumbell Press
  2. Weighted Pullups
  3. Weighted Lunges
  4. Straight-Legged Deadlift
  5. Weighted Sit-ups
  6. Calf Raises

Calisthenics

  1. Push ups
  2. Pull ups
  3. L-sits
  4. Handstand Pushups
  5. Pistol Squats
  6. Sprints (Oh my fuck sprints are awesome)

How Hard? How Much? How Often?

These three questions are narrowed into these three terms

Training Frequency

Training Volume

Training Intensity


  1. Training Frequency- Training frequency is how often you train, higher training frequency is objectively better, so you can train everyday or more as long as you adjust your intensity and volume accordingly.
  2.     Training Volume- The total amount of work you’re doing for that workout, higher volume equates to a larger effect (Think about tanning, if you stay out too long you get fucked) You want workouts to stay under an hour to keep testosterone levels high.
  3. Training intensity- 0-100, and whatever number in between. High intensity is better for muscle growth but like I posted above, you need to work at all levels of intensity.

Fatigue

Fuck being tired, I like to train everyday, so if you’re going to manage your fatigue, you must recover like an animal, to accomplish this realize there’s only two types of fatigue you accumulate from working out.

Nervous System

Cellular

To recover from Cellular fatigue, you must eat and eat well, to recover from nervous system fatigue you must relax, sleep and breathe very deeply.

Do all this and you’ll be on your way to some big ass ANCHOR ARMS.

MEN AND WOMEN

Men are men and women are women, this is not opinionated, simply a fact.

If you want to reproduce, as a man you must fuck a woman. And vice-versa.


Men and women have masculine and feminine traits, physically and also certain traits that are assigned under the labels; Masculine and Feminine.

Personality wise, masculine and feminine personalities are interchangeable with sex.

You can be a woman who is certain of herself and likes to dominate and that’s not a problem.

You can be a man who scales more toward the feminine aspect.

Both of these things are natural.


 But when you label masculine and feminine under a set of rules and things that must be done, then you have a problem.

Masculinity is not something you do, it’s who you are.

Femininity is also something you feel.

A masculine man, does not question himself, he simply knows what he wants and he does it.

The masculine woman does not question herself, she knows what she wants and does it.

The feminine man wavers and is uncertain and accepts that and enjoys the chaos.

The feminine woman wavers and is uncertain and accepts that and enjoys the chaos.


What does it all mean.

While you must be sexually attracted to your other, afterwards you must identify who you are and who they are in concordance to Masculine and Feminine personas.

Use the traits listed to figure out which one you are.

Power as defined in the dictionary goes as so: “the capacity or ability to direct or influence the behavior of others or the course of events.”

So one could so this.

POWER = INFLUENCE


Now to pose the question.

How do I influence?

1.) You must have something that the other party wants.

2.) Remember, you will either influence or be influenced

3.) Your influence can come from internal factors, or other people. Pray that it comes from your desires.

4.) The most influential word in the English language is NO. You do not have to do anything anyone says unless you want to.

5.) Be an asshole if it serves a purpose, being an asshole for the sake of being an asshole is pretty useless, kindness and generosity go much farther when people have earned it. Anger and spite only wound if it is for no reason.


How to not be influenced.

Minimal influence from the outside world is inevitable, always ignore people but never ignore reality.

But as it says plain and simple.

Ignore

If you ignore something, there can be no reaction. Therefore, no influence. Now clearly you only want to do this with people who’s concern for you is not genuine.
